Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

Are you a seasoned professional in the world of E-Commerce with a passion for driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an E-Commerce Specialist.


Responsibilities:


  • Operational Relationship Management:
  • Ensure the operational relationship with our E-COMMERCE partner is well-maintained, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and driving towards business objectives.
  • Follow up and provide support for retail requirements, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Retail Activities Oversight:
  • Monitor retail partner activities to meet store targets.
  • Collaborate on drafting the partner's marketing plan and ensure its seamless implementation across various internal functions.

  • Budget Planning and Coordination:
  • Coordinate purchase budget planning to guarantee optimal commercial performance.

  • Relationship Facilitation:
  • Promote and facilitate relationships between licensees and retail partners for efficient product procurement.

  • Product Catalog and Launch:
  • Assist in defining the product catalog for online sales.
  • Ensure strict adherence to collection launch timelines.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Supervise the fulfillment of documentation and procedures.
  • Oversee and report on sales KPIs, traffic, CRM data, and the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage the reporting of retail royalties.
  • Track and oversee billing processes with partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing agencies.
  • Proficient in analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Ads & Trend, Adobe Analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various projects.
  • Strong analytical and core selling skills.
