Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Revenues team. Our focus is on developing visually appealing marketing content to engage fans worldwide and support our overall marketing and revenue objectives.

Additionally, this role involves developing activation projects for partners and sponsors (B2C and B2B).


Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Conceive and design visual concepts including photos, graphics, and videos.
  • Support the creative production process from initial idea to final product.

Video Production:

  • Assist in filming and editing videos, photos, and graphic content for digital platforms.
  • Manage production and post-production processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Academic Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Art Direction or a similar role.
  • Strong creative and photographic assessment skills of visual media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conceptual, design, and organizational strength.
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and effective documents and presentations.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Experience with video editing programs and good knowledge of Motion Graphic Animation is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to work under pressure with precision.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and enterprising, with reliability and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to work in international and culturally diverse project teams and relate to others.
  • Proficient in Italian language.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Preferred candidates will have an existing portfolio.
