Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position


We are looking for a person to join the Marketing and Revenues area, with a focus on content creation. The role focuses on developing marketing content to engage people passionate about sports and to support overall marketing and revenue goals, as well as developing activation projects for partners and sponsors.


The Content Coordinator Marketing B2C shall:


• Develop high-quality, engaging and relevant content for the fan community across various channels (website, newsletter, dem, app, events)

• Give full support in content creation for digital marketing activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content in line with general strategies and target audience needs

• Participation in editorial and marketing meetings

. Ensure that all content complies with the Foundation's brand guidelines and editorial strategy

Requirements

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

• Bachelor in Communication / Literature or a related field or experience in copywriting

• Previous experience of at least five years in similar roles or as a sports journalist

· Passion for storytelling

· Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas for content • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Positive and open minded, enterprising and problem solving

• Proactive and results-oriented mentality
