Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Event Services is the Functional Area, within the Organizing Committee for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, that is in charge to plan, design and provide a safe and welcoming visit to all ticketed spectators at the official competition venues, and other services to accredited stakeholders.
The EVS Staffing Manager will be in charge of sourcing and organizing the EVS Staff within the Milano Cortina 2026 Team and finding efficiencies in terms of numbers, roles and shift planning.
He/she will work with Full Time Staff, Games Time Temporary Paid Staff, and Volunteers.
This role will work very closely with the Milano Cortina 2026 Workforce Planning Team and HR Team of the Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee in order to align the Team Staffing plan and hiring process with the overall plan of the Organizing Committee. There will also be a close cooperation with the Volunteers Department in recruiting, selecting and train the Functional Area volunteers.
He/She will be involved in the following activities:
As the planning phase evolves, the EVS Staffing Manager will be responsible for monitoring the Venue Staffing Plans to guarantee consistency, efficiencies and EVS standards of planning across all venues.
Some of the other main tasks that the EVS Staffing Manager will be asked to take on, are as follows:
The EVS Staffing Manager Games Time role might be a roaming role, in order to support venue operations where mostly needed and provide guidance, or it might be based at the Functional Command Centre based on main EVS operational needs.
Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned as needed.
