Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are looking for a Marks approval Coordinator.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Branding system is very complex and rich.

The brand assets that are part of the project are protected by copyright and any external entity entitled to use them needs to ask for prior approval.

The Marks approval Coordinator will work in the Branding team and coordinate the entire marks approval process interacting with the Marketing, Sponsorship & Licensing departments as well as Legal & Brand Protection.

The candidate, reporting to the Brand Manager, will:


  • Arrange approvals of the use of the brand assets and trademarks (emblems, sub-brands, mascots, pictograms, look of the games, ...) by sponsors, institutional partners and licensees.
  • Interact when needed with the Legal, Marketing & Licensing departments in the process
  • Work with the graphic services area for the creation of effective brand guidelines
  • Work with the Licensing creative agency to support the design of the yearly collections.

Requirements

  • 7+ in a similar context managing the development of branding projects
  • MSc Degree in Marketing or Communication or a related field
  • This role requires a candidate who is organised, can manage their own time, keen to work under pressure, and must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience leading client meetings.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
