Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are looking for a Trasnsport Digital Manager.

The Transport Digital Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing, in continuous coordination with Technology Department, all the digital tools for monitoring and managing the Bus Fleet along with the final user interface for Transportation applications.

In particular, the person covering this role will be supervising the development of the digital solutions which will be implemented in order to comply with the high level of standards set for final users experience.


  • Developing the Digital Plan for Transport Operations, working alongside the Technology Department and Local Authorities.
  • Defining and verifying technological and operational requirements in order to comply with the planned objectives.
  • Assure the Transport Digital Tools implementation minimizing the use of resources.
  • Supporting suppliers and partners in order to guarantee that all the requests for Transport Digital Requirements are correctly understood
  • Operating a continuous alignment process with other Functional Areas within the Organization to guarantee the correct implementation for Transport Digital Structure and Final Users Interfaces.
  • Managing an updating and integration process for both quantitative and qualitative data related to final users/clients categories.
  • Simultaneously managing different teams operating in different clusters.

Requirements

  • 5/10 years of work experience;
  • Proven experience in Transport Planning related to big Sport Events or other kind of International Events;
  • Design and development of mobility applications and/or digital tools;
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the concepts of Mobility as a Service (maas) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS);
  • Capacity for dialogue, organization and autonomy in the development of activities;
  • Capacity for drafting contracts and service specifications;
  • Ability to manage people and vehicles in terms of service organization, management of operations, resolution of critical issues.
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or Law;
  • English Level C2 / French B1;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
